Theme: Laying Foundations

By “Laying Foundations”, I refer to our youth groups; the Job’s Daughters, Rainbow Girls, and DeMolay. While we travel “to that undiscovered country,” we must not forget we leave a wake. The foundations we lay for our youth will allow them to build the best lives they can for themselves and those who they, one day, will leave behind. We must ensure we instill in them the core principles of Masonry, and give them our unyielding love and support.

Motto: Vires In Veritatem

The motto “Vires In Veritatem” translates from Latin to “Forces in the truth.” When I think of “Masonic Light,” I think of truth. When we confront deceit or ignorance with truth, when we meet on the level, we necessarily bring light to the discussion. We should always encourage the truth above all other things.
